The WooCommerce connection turns your WordPress catalog into source material for social content. My Post Factory uses WooCommerce's native authorization flow, fetches the 30 most recent products, imports their photos into the automation gallery, then uses that information to prepare text and visuals.

1) Check that the WooCommerce REST API is available

WooCommerce includes a native REST API on modern WordPress stores. In most installations, it works without extra setup.

Your store must be publicly reachable over HTTPS so the authorization screen and My Post Factory callback can work properly.

If the store is behind maintenance mode, a password, a firewall or an IP restriction, temporarily allow access before connecting the automation.

The automatic flow needs a public store and a reachable My Post Factory callback.

2) Start the connection from My Post Factory

In Magic onboarding, choose WooCommerce, or open the WooCommerce Store panel inside an existing automation.

Enter the public store URL, then click the connection button. My Post Factory redirects you to WooCommerce's authorization screen.

You do not need to create a key manually: WooCommerce automatically generates a read-only key for My Post Factory.

The requested access is read-only: My Post Factory reads products but does not modify your store.

3) Authorize My Post Factory in WooCommerce

Sign in with a WordPress administrator account if WooCommerce asks for it, then approve access for My Post Factory.

WooCommerce sends the generated keys back to My Post Factory. They are stored encrypted and are never displayed in the interface.

Once the connection is validated, the store URL becomes the automation name and synchronization can import product photos.

4) Use Magic onboarding or product sync

With WooCommerce Magic onboarding, My Post Factory imports recent products, analyzes the catalog and the public storefront, then fills the automation sections.

The automation switches to Your images + post subject, so visuals can combine your product photos with generated post ideas.

When you add new products in WooCommerce, use Synchronize products to replace the gallery with the 30 most recent products.

Synchronization fully replaces the automation gallery with recent products.
