2. Service description

My Post Factory is a platform for preparing, generating, illustrating, reviewing, scheduling and publishing content to connected social destinations.

The exact availability of networks, providers and formats may change. Some features require authorization from a third-party provider and remain subject to that provider’s rules.

  • One-shot posts and recurring automations configured by the user.
  • Text, image, video and carousel generation according to available modes.
  • A library of reusable editorial settings, media, products and connections.
  • Optional review before publishing, depending on the selected workflow.
  • Per-destination scheduling and a history of generation and publishing attempts.

3. Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your access methods confidential.
  • You must promptly report suspected access or unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for the social connections, stores and applications you authorize.
  • We may suspend access in the event of security risk, fraud, abuse or a clear violation of these terms.

4. User obligations

  • Comply with platform policies, copyright, trademarks, advertising, data protection and all applicable laws.
  • Review generated content, including factual claims, references, media rights and required disclosures.
  • Do not use the service to publish illegal, misleading, discriminatory or malicious content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Do not circumvent technical, security, credit or access limits.

5. Credits, subscriptions and payments

Some operations consume credits. The applicable cost is shown in the service before the operation or in the current pricing. Costs may change to reflect providers, models, formats and resources used.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Subscriptions allocate a recurring volume according to the selected plan. The terms, prices, taxes and volumes shown at checkout govern the order.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
  • Credits are charged only according to the rule displayed for the relevant operation.
  • Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law and documented technical circumstances.
  • Subscription management and cancellation are available through the billing flows provided in the account.

6. Artificial intelligence and content

Generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other content. No output should be treated as verified legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

You remain responsible for approving and using published content. You must have the necessary rights to texts, images, trademarks, products and references submitted to the service.

7. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy policy. You can disconnect integrations and exercise your rights as described there.

8. Availability and liability

  • We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and reliable without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Social, AI, payment and hosting providers may change or interrupt their own services.
  • No guarantee is given regarding reach, views, engagement, revenue or conversion.
  • To the extent permitted by law, My Post Factory is not liable for indirect or intangible losses related to service use.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel relevant offers through the available flows. We may suspend or terminate an account for serious violations, non-payment, fraud, security risk or legal obligation.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory consumer rules, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Toulon.

11. Changes and contact

These terms may change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel before taking effect where required.
